Job description

The Technical Change & Release Manager is responsible for governing production and pre-production releases across applications, payment rails, and shared platform services. This role serves as the central coordination point between Application Teams, Devops, QA, Production Support, Architecture, Infrastructure, Product, and Leadership to ensure changes are planned, approved, validated, deployed, and closed with minimal oj The position owns release governance, change readiness, dependency management, release execution, and continuous improvement while driving a predictable, auditable, and scalable release operating model for project. A key expectation of this role is the use of AI-driven tools and automation to improve release quality, reduce manual effort, identify deployment risks earlier, and accelerate release decision-making

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Change Management, Release Management, Production Governance, DevOps Operations, Site Reliabi or IT Service Management. Experience managing enterprise release calendars, change governance processes, CAB reviews, deployment readiness, and F implementation activities. Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow Change Management, including Change Records, CASKs, approvals, configuration it implementation workflows, and reporting. Experience coordinating large-scale releases across application, infrastructure, cloud, platform engineering, and supp Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, APIS, databases, observability platforms, and productio Experience with release risk management, deployment validation, incident response, rollback planning, and operational * strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. AI & Automation Experience (Required) Experience using AI copilots, generative AI platforms, or machine learning tools to improve operational processes. Ability to use AI for release planning, impact analysis, risk identification, change record quality reviews, and know? Experience leveraging AI for dashboard creation, executive reporting, workflow automation, and operational analytics. Ability to write effective prompts and use AI-assisted tools to summarize data, identify patterns, generate insights, release decision-making. Understanding of responsible AI usage, governance, data security, and risk management in enterprise environments
