Requirements
- Strong experience engineering, supporting, and modernizing large-scale enterprise applications and integrations.
- Solid understanding of application, data, and integration architecture, with the ability to design and govern complex solutions.
- Proven leadership experience, including guiding engineering teams, setting technical direction, and developing talent.
- Strong background in operational reliability, service stability, incident management, and continuous service improvement.
- Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog) and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Skilled in modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, automation, cloud technologies, API-driven design, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Ability to reduce technical debt, improve engineering maturity, and drive consistent standards across teams.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical topics in clear, business-friendly language.
- Comfortable leading through ambiguity, influencing stakeholders, and delivering measurable improvements in performance and reliability.
- Experience working effectively with Product, Operations, Infrastructure, and Security teams in cross-functional environments.
