Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end deployment of industrial robotics and packaging technologies across Amazon Stores, acting as the on-site technical lead. You partner with cross-functional teams to install, commission, and troubleshoot robotic systems at scale across North America. You manage project schedules, budgets, and risk, while guiding teams through go-live and post-launch support. This role thrives on field work, travel, and solving complex integration challenges in fast-paced environments. You will shape how cutting-edge automation moves from concept to operation, delivering tangible improvements in safety, quality, and cost. Compensation / Benefits * Oversee installation and launch of third-party and Amazon-designed robotics equipment across fulfillment centers * Guide installation, commissioning, and remote/on-site troubleshooting of electro-mechanical and software systems * Manage technical ambiguity in integrating work cells within fulfillment centers * Collaborate with hardware engineering, PMs, product managers, and site operations * Travel to project sites across North America to align stakeholders and monitor program status * Manage day-to-day project scheduling and budget * Lead continuous improvement efforts and generate ideas to improve work-scopes * Lead teams of engineers on projects and coordinate with external installers and contractors * Operate in varied project scopes including live warehouses and new construction with heavy travel * Support overall deployment readiness and ensure solutions meet business requirements Tasks * Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related STEM field * Experience in construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment * 1+ years’ experience with technical drawings and/or CAD models (mechanical/electrical) * 1+ years’ experience with mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software systems * Experience with data collection and data-driven decision making * Ability to review data to set troubleshoot priorities on complex systems * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to travel domestically 75%+ * Preferred: knowledge of networking protocols (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP), experience with hardware integration * Preferred: experience with robotic equipment (Fanuc, ABB) and Allen-Bradley PLCs * Preferred: OSHA/Automation Safety certifications; Lean/Six Sigma familiarity Key requirements * Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage * Maternity and Parental Leave Options * Paid Time Off (PTO) * 401(k) Plan * RSUs and sign-on payments * Comprehensive health benefits and life insurance
