Be a hands-on Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant on assigned projects helping to streamline client process

Facilitate Design Sessions, capture client requirements, configure creative solutions, and mentor other junior consultants
-
Responsible for designing and configuring all areas of Adaptive Planning for our customers who are implementing Workday as a solution

Participate in an innovative, teaming culture for the team to enable constant innovation

What You Will Need** **:
-
Bachelorâs degree with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years of previous Adaptive Planning implementation experience, using Workday or other ERPs; OR a Masterâs degree with a MINIMUM of ONE (1) year of previous Adaptive Planning implementation experience, using Workday or other ERPs. Years of experience can be substituted for a degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of previous Adaptive Planning implementation experience, using Workday or other ERP. IN ADDITION, years of End-User Budget Office experience can be substituted for up to TWO (2) years of Adaptive Planning experience.

Experience implementing Adaptive Planning for Workday customers

Current holder of an active Adaptive Planning certification, Workday or other ERPs
-
Up to 50% travel balanced with a work from home and/or client office schedule - consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed
What Would Be Nice To Have** **:
-
Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology
-
Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations.
-
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
-
Experience working in a Budget Department environment with an understanding of the issues facing organizations
-
A proven role in at least three full Adaptive Planning implementations
-
Implementations involving deploying within a state or local government is preferred.
-
Adaptive Planning Integration Certification or experience configuring integrations with Adaptive Planning
-
Experience in an ERP Software Sales cycle (RFx responses, orals presentations, etc.).
Benefits & conditions
The annual salary range for this position is $102,000.00-$170,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
