Master Data Management Analyst

• Create, update, and maintain customer and Business Partner records in SAP S/4HANA, including organizational, sales, billing, and partner function data.
• Review customer onboarding requests for completeness, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Apply data standards and governance practices to ensure accuracy and reduce duplicate records, order issues, billing delays, and downstream transaction errors.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation, approvals, and change history to support compliance and internal controls.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Billing, and external stakeholders to resolve master data issues and support SLA commitments.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Stewardship, Customer Onboarding, or Customer Master Data support.
• Hands-on experience maintaining Customer Master or Business Partner records within SAP S/4HANA or another ERP platform.
• Understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including customer setup, order processing, shipping, billing, and payments.

• Experience with documentation, approvals, audit support, and data quality processes.

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with Excel or data analysis tools.

Preferred Experience

• SAP S/4HANA Business Partner maintenance.
• Experience in regulated environments (SOX, GxP).
• Duplicate record review, address validation, and data quality initiatives.
