Job description

This role focuses on end-to-end data validation and reconciliation across a complex migration pipeline involving legacy Mainframe systems, SQL staging databases, and Salesforce CRM. The position ensures complete data integrity, accurate transformation, and zero data loss throughout the migration process., * Perform end-to-end data validation across migration pipeline (Mainframe * SQL * Salesforce)

  • Validate record counts, hash totals, and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Review and verify Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents
  • Write and execute complex SQL queries for validation and transformation checks
  • Ensure relational integrity in Salesforce (parent-child relationships, external IDs)
  • Identify, document, and track data anomalies and defects
  • Collaborate with ETL and Salesforce teams for issue resolution

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL Server, Salesforce Service Cloud, and data validation
  • Strong SQL expertise (joins, CTEs, window functions, data profiling)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data architecture and data loading tools
  • Experience in data conversion testing/validation
  • Familiarity with legacy data formats (flat files, EBCDIC to ASCII conversions)
  • Experience with scripting/automation (Python, Excel, Power Query)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI tools/technologies
  • Exposure to legacy system data handling

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

Experience:

  • AI tools/technologies: 3 years (Preferred)
  • SQL expertise: 5 years (Required)
  • scripting/automation (Python, Excel, Power Query): 5 years (Required)
  • SQL Server, Salesforce Service Cloud, and data validation: 5 years (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Phoenix, AZ 85007

Benefits & conditions
