Export Information / Data Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Information / Data Specialist to support export operations by managing shipping documentation, SAP transactions, inventory movements, and sea container shipments. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work in a warehouse environment., * Manage export information and shipping data using Microsoft Excel and email.

• Perform SAP transactions to generate and ship inventory.
• Prepare, review, and maintain export and shipping documentation.
• Communicate shipping documents to internal and external distribution teams.
• Organize load information and provide shipment updates to team members.
• Ensure accurate inventory movement and shipping records.
• Work safely in a warehouse environment while following all safety procedures.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and stand or sit throughout the workday.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Experience with SAP for shipping and inventory transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook/email.
• Experience with export documentation, shipping, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and lift up to 25 lbs.
