AI Platform Engineer

• Certifications Required: AI, Machine Learning, Data Science certifications are a nice to have
• Years of Overall Experience: 10+ years of experience
• How will performance be measured: Hitting timelines and deliverables, how you’re fitting into the team/helping others, positive attitude., * 10+ years of back-end development experience within a data workspace
• Strong expertise using Python and PySpark for development
• Strong AI and machine learning skills - CoPilot, VIBE coding
• 10+ years of banking or financial experience
• Exposure to legacy tools and technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, Mainframe etc.)

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Collaborative - someone who contributes technical ideas etc.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
