Integration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead enterprise integration initiatives across cloud and on-premise platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on and leadership experience with MuleSoft, along with expertise in Fivetran and Azure Data Factory. This role will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing scalable integration solutions supporting ERP, SaaS, operational, and data platform ecosystems., * Lead the architecture, development, and support of enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft as the primary integration platform.

• Design and manage API-led connectivity patterns, system integrations, event-driven integrations, and batch processing frameworks.
• Oversee data ingestion and ELT/ETL pipelines utilizing Fivetran and Azure Data Factory.
• Partner with business, application, infrastructure, and data teams to define integration strategies and technical roadmaps.
• Manage integrations between ERP systems, CRM platforms, HR systems, cloud applications, and enterprise data warehouses.
• Ensure integrations are scalable, secure, monitored, and aligned with enterprise governance standards.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization activities across integration platforms.
• Manage offshore/onshore integration resources, project delivery timelines, and technical standards.
• Drive best practices around API management, CI/CD, DevOps, error handling, logging, and monitoring.

Do you have experience in XML?, * 7+ years of enterprise integration experience with at least 3+ years leading integration teams or large-scale integration programs.

• Strong expertise with MuleSoft including API development, API Manager, DataWeave, connectors, and integration architecture.
• Experience with Fivetran for cloud-based data ingestion and pipeline orchestration.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory including pipelines, triggers, linked services, and orchestration patterns.
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, HR, and enterprise operational systems.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, OAuth, event-driven architecture, and messaging patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services AWS.
• Strong SQL and data integration background.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP integrations and enterprise data platforms.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud data warehouse architectures.
• Experience with DevOps pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• MuleSoft certifications preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow, NetSuite, SAP, or Salesforce integrations.
• Exposure to event streaming platforms and enterprise messaging solutions.
• Consulting or enterprise transformation experience.
