Director - Network, Cloud & Compute

Experteer Overview As Director, Network, Cloud & Compute, you will shape Rheem’s infrastructure services strategy and lifecycle. You’ll align network, cloud, and compute products with business objectives, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure. You’ll analyze tech trends and customer needs to inform roadmaps and drive performance across enterprise environments. This role offers impact across manufacturing, commercial, and enterprise operations in a hybrid work setup. You’ll lead with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and cost-conscious delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Define and communicate the product vision for network, cloud, and compute services * Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and tech needs * Oversee product lifecycle from inception to retirement for infrastructure services * Monitor performance, availability, and cost-effectiveness; drive continuous improvement * Collaborate with engineering, IT operations, security, and business teams to gather requirements * Communicate product roadmap, status, and performance to stakeholders and leadership * Analyze trends in cloud computing, network infrastructure, and compute technologies * Evaluate new technologies and platforms to enhance infrastructure capabilities * Coordinate with development and operations on sprint planning; apply agile methodologies Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in relevant field * 10+ years in infrastructure product management, cloud computing, or network engineering * 5+ years in a leadership role * Experience in team management and coaching * Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) * Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management * Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration * Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and infrastructure service delivery Key requirements *
