Software Engineering Manager - Alarms

Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager for the Alarms team, you shape the response layer that governs post-alarm actions. You’ll own the real-time workflow engine and vision-language pipeline, guiding autonomous decisions vs human oversight. You’ll set reliability standards for a mission-critical, large-scale system and grow a cross-functional team. Work closely with product, monitoring operations, and other teams to extend the alarm platform across Verkada’s ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-growing, AI-powered security platform.
