Experteer Overview As a Senior Programmer in Latham’s Technology team, you will lead and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of production applications. You will collaborate with development staff, project analysts, and end-users to translate business needs into robust software solutions. You will oversee projects from design to deployment, while safeguarding sensitive information. This role offers hybrid work in Los Angeles and a chance to impact firm-wide technology initiatives in a top-tier law firm. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and implement computing solutions meeting business requirements while following firm procedures * Create new applications and maintain existing production apps, using firm systems to tailor solutions * Consult with stakeholders to define system requirements and propose feasible designs * Code, test, and debug applications; develop development prototypes * Lead projects of various sizes from design through deployment * Protect and manage highly confidential and sensitive information Tasks * Advanced knowledge of C# and ASP.NET for design, development, and debugging * Advanced knowledge of Ajax, JavaScript, and jQuery for interactive web interfaces * Ability to build user-friendly UI with clean HTML/CSS * Bachelor in Information Systems; related fields acceptable * Minimum 3 years of C#, ASP.NET, and SQL programming experience * Minimum 6 years of relevant programming experience * Minimum 3 years of advanced HTML/CSS UI development * Minimum 2 years of Ajax, JavaScript, and jQuery * Minimum 2 years of Xamarin (iOS/Android) programming experience Key requirements * Healthcare, life and disability insurance * Generous 401k plan * At least 11 paid holidays per year * PTO accrual of 23 days in year one * Well-being programs * Professional development programs
