Job description
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Pega applications.
- Validate Pega workflows, business rules, SLAs, integrations, and UI functionality.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium/Playwright with Java or C#.
- Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, Swagger, and REST/SOAP services.
- Conduct SQL-based database validation and backend testing.
- Execute automated test suites and support CI/CD processes.
- Log, track, and validate defects using Azure DevOps/Jira.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with development and business teams.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Pega Application Testing and Pega Customer Service Framework.
- Experience with Pega Automation Testing.
- Good knowledge of Selenium/Playwright automation.
- Hands-on experience in API Testing and REST/SOAP services.
- Strong SQL and database testing skills.
- Experience with Azure DevOps/Jira, Git, and CI/CD.
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and STLC.
