Network Technician

Looking for a strong Structured Cabling Technician to plan and perform the design, installation, and connectivity of structured cabling to ensure the steady operation of the organizational IT resources. Key Responsibilities Adheres to OSHA safety standards in the Industrial workplace. Create, maintain, and ensure all safety documentation is approved by customer prior to project implementations (Work permits, Job Safety Analysis, etc.). Responsible for adhering to project deadlines including defined SLAs. Complete physical installations and removal of structured cabling components, i.e., cabinets, pathway systems (cable tray), racks, and related communications infrastructure equipment. Perform installation and service (including terminating, testing and repair) of low voltage category cabling, fiber optic cabling, communications cabling (coax, HDMI), RF cabling, communication equipment and other various low voltage related systems. Perform upgrades and additions to cabling infrastructure systems to increase functionality and usability. Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot cabling infrastructure systems, and perform repairs as necessary.
