Job description

· Facilitate and moderate in-person user research studies and ensure participant compliance.

· Strong hands-on experience with iOS/macOS, Terminal, SSH, and command-line scripting.

· Set up, troubleshoot, maintain, and prepare study devices/equipment.

· Collect, validate, and document system and user-study data.

· Manage participant recruitment, scheduling, surveys, and communication.

· Track study progress, metrics, issues, and provide timely status updates.

· Assist with basic data processing and visualization.

Requirements

· Excellent verbal/written communication, organization, and attention to detail.

· Apple experience is preferred.

· Must be flexible with study hours and occasional extended outdoor work
