Work you’ll do

As a Manufacturing Executions Systems Solution Architect Manager on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading discussions with senior leaders and business stakeholders to define Manufacturing Execution System (MES) needs and translate requirements into solution functionality
• Collaborating with technical architects to design scalable, technically feasible Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete solutions
• Performing functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design activities for MES implementations
• Leading delivery of complex MES projects across requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support in a fast-paced team environment
• Contributing to practice growth by sharing knowledge, helping solve client challenges, and supporting innovation in current and emerging MES solutions, The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $278,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

• 7+ years of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
• 5+ years of experience implementing Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete, including solution design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, and upgrades
• 5+ years of experience with business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, functional and technical specification documentation, system configuration, system testing, solution delivery, customer support, process documentation, and onsite/offshore delivery models
• Experience leading 2+ MES implementations and defining system architecture
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

• 3+ years of experience working with Siemens Opcenter Foundation/Discrete
• Consulting experience
