Job description

Experteer Overview As a Data Analyst in Revenue Management, you will transform large data sets into actionable pricing insights that inform strategic decisions. You will support revenue performance through rigorous analysis, data modeling, and governance, partnering with cross-functional teams and IT. Your work directly influences pricing effectiveness and managerial reporting for senior leadership. This role offers a chance to shape pricing strategy within a leading self-storage operator and work with a data-driven culture. Compensation / Benefits * Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify patterns and variances * Apply data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights * Build and maintain data models reflecting complex business processes * Create clear reports and presentations for stakeholders * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized insights * Ensure data quality, integrity, and security following governance standards Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field * 2+ years of data analyst experience or recent graduates from relevant programs * Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis * Advanced Excel skills (formulas, vlookup, pivot tables, graphs) * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is helpful but not required * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities * Ability to work independently and collaboratively Key requirements * remote work flexibility (up to 3 flexible remote days per month) * in-office five days per week * competitive benefits * equal opportunity employer * career growth opportunities * collaborative culture

Requirements
