Director of Information Technology

This position is ideal for a hands-on IT leader who combines strong technical depth with people leadership, project discipline, and a high level of ownership., * Strong Microsoft Azure experience with a solid background in cloud infrastructure, networking, identity, endpoints, and systems administration

• Progressive IT leadership experience overseeing infrastructure, systems, or technology operations and developing technical teams
• Demonstrated success leading major technology implementations, migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects from planning through completion
• Ability to remain technically engaged, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide meaningful direction to internal team members and outside partners
• Strong project and vendor management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, establish accountability, and keep initiatives moving forward

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
• Experience supporting telecommunications, contact-center, or unified communications environments
• Background in financial services, fintech, consumer finance, or another high-volume customer-facing organization
• Experience supporting CRM platforms, system integrations, automation, and business-critical applications
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies used to improve IT operations and business efficiency
