KTS plays a significant role in Key’s ability to build enduring client relationships through innovative solutions & extraordinary service. KTS is accountable for a variety of critical functions that are the foundation for Key’s day-to-day operations:

• Business Delivery, providing comprehensive technology solutions to Key’s lines of business & functional areas
• Enterprise Technology including architecture, networks and cloud infrastructure to ensure stable systems and platforms
• Enterprise Data and Information Management, enabling transformation of customer and market data into valuable insights and analytics
• Enterprise Operations, spanning Origination through Default Management, Deposit Operations, ACH, Wire & Check Payment Operations, and Treasury Operations
• Enterprise Security, including Technology Risk Management, Information Security, Vulnerability Management, Cybersecurity, Fraud Detection and Management, Identity Verification, and Physical Security

Key Technology and Services (Security Track) Rotational Analyst Program

The KeyBank Technology & Services Rotational Analyst Program will begin with an orientation and training program that will include skill training in Excel, banking 101, a banking simulation, and business communications.

The KTOS analyst program is 14-22 months in duration consisting of 2 or 3 rotations 7-8 months in length. Each analyst will receive on-the-job training in each rotation. Placement after rotations will be determined based on the strengths and interests of the individual and business need.

Enterprise Security Services (ESS) Track: Enterprise Security Services (ESS) defends Key, our clients, and our data by establishing and maintaining security standards. ESS is responsible for supporting Key through Anti Money Laundering (AML) Operations, Corporate Information Security, Fraud Services, and Physical Security Solutions. Detail-oriented individuals have the opportunity to fine tune their technical skills while protecting the bank from malicious attacks.

• Must obtain a four-year degree by May 2027 or December 2026 with focused coursework in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Operations, Statistics/ Mathematics, Intelligent Studies, Criminal Justice, Finance/Accounting, Business, Information Systems, IT Management, Software Engineering, Web Development, Computer Programming, Network Engineering, Game Design and System Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related majors
• Outstanding academic achievement (minimum undergraduate 3.0 GPA)
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities
• Bring solid analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm and willingness to learn

Compensation and Benefits

This position has a salary of $75,000.00. Compensation also includes a $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus.
