IT Support Specialist

Seva Medical is looking for a dedicated IT Support & Infrastructure Specialist to join our mission-driven team. In this remote-first role, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring our clinical and administrative staff have the reliable tools they need to provide exceptional care across the Pacific Northwest. From hardware provisioning to advancing our security infrastructure, your work will directly impact our ability to scale and serve our communities., * Hardware Lifecycle Management and Logistics: Standardize, procure, and provision high-performance hardware kits for clinical and administrative roles, ensuring every team member is ready for success from Day 1.

• Ecosystem Optimization: Administer our Google Workspace environment and partner with healthcare software providers like eClinicalWorks to maintain a cutting-edge, auto-updating software ecosystem.
• Infrastructure Evolution: Lead any and all transitions in IT infrastructure policy.
• Security & Compliance: Manage security protocols, including MFA activation, complex password rotation policies, and comprehensive asset tracking to keep our data safe.
• Empathetic Support: Support the team by providing high level support.

• Proven experience in remote device management and hardware provisioning across multiple regions.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace administration and security protocols.

Preferred:

• Understanding IAM best practices.
• Skill in working with various cybersecurity platforms.
• Previous experience within healthcare software ecosystems (e.g., eClinicalWorks) is highly preferred.
