A growing, data-driven organization is seeking a Salesforce Analyst to join their Chicago-based team in a contract-to-hire capacity. This role focuses on leveraging Salesforce to support sales and marketing operations, with an emphasis on dashboards, sales cycles, and CRM optimization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment alongside a great sales team., What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown · 100% Salesforce (Sales Cloud + related integrations) Daily Responsibilities · 60% Hands On (reporting, dashboards, data management)

  • 10% Management Duties
  • 30% Team Collaboration (Sales, Marketing, SDR/BDR teams)

Requirements

This is a highly impactful role for someone who wants to move beyond static reporting and become a true partner to Sales and Marketing leadership. The individual in this position will help shape how performance is measured, how pipeline is understood, and how teams operate day-to-day inside Salesforce. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, cross-functional exposure, and the ability to influence processes in a visible way. Required Skills & Experience · Strong experience working within Salesforce (SFDC) in an Analyst or Admin capacity

  • Hands-on experience with pipeline reporting and sales performance tracking
  • Proven ability to build and maintain Salesforce dashboards used by leadership
  • Experience managing leads, including assignment rules and list imports
  • Understanding of the full sales cycle within Salesforce (Lead ? Opportunity ? Close)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to gather requirements conversationally

Desired Skills & Experience · Exposure to marketing campaign reporting and attribution

  • Experience supporting SDR/BDR teams within Salesforce
  • Familiarity with sales/marketing tools integrations (e.g., marketing automation platforms)
  • Experience working in fast-paced or less structured environments
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
