Job description

  • Receive and inventory equipment coming in through our intake channels
  • Complete intake and tracking paperwork in our internal inventory system
  • Photograph products for online listings
  • Research products and build accurate listings using our AI-assisted tools
  • Pack and ship outbound orders
  • Keep the work area organized and inventory accurate

Requirements

FitzgeraldTech LLC is hiring an E-Commerce Associate at our Southlake, TX office. This is an on-site, entry-level role with paid training. No prior IT or e-commerce experience needed. If you’re comfortable on a computer, detail-oriented, and willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest., * Solid basic computer skills: comfortable with web-based tools, data entry, and learning new software

  • Willingness to learn; curiosity about technology and hardware is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, since accurate listings and inventory matter here
  • Dependable and able to work independently once trained
  • Reliable transportation to our Southlake, TX office. This role is fully on-site.
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for portions of the day
  • High school diploma or equivalent, * Are you able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis?
  • How would you rate your comfort with computers, including spreadsheets, web-based tools, and learning new software?
  • What days and hours are you generally available each week, and what is your earliest possible start date?
