SCADA Migration & Integration Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive the migration of heritage CygNet SCADA logic to the Ignition platform, aligning migrations with target data models and enterprise integration patterns. You will collaborate with delivery teams to enable scalable migration and integration across REST/API, Kafka, and .NET, ensuring live operations are not disrupted. You will own the integration readiness, document edge cases, and support regional cutovers. This role sits within the Manufacturing & Operations practice and helps accelerate digital modernization for industrial clients. Compensation / Benefits * Migrate heritage CygNet SCADA logic to Ignition and map to target data model * Define script-migration path and convert heritage scripts, logic, and data * Align migrations with enterprise data model and UDT structure * Own enterprise integration architecture across REST/API, Kafka, and .NET * Manage integration readiness and oversee regional cutovers into live operations * Validate migration and integration correctness against operational behavior * Support delivery teams with the migration path and integration patterns at scale * Document conversions, mappings, integration patterns, and edge cases for reuse Tasks * Minimum 5 years Deep, hands-on CygNet expertise with migration experience * Minimum 2 years’ experience integrating historian/PI (AVEVA) data and defined data models (UDT/SQL) * Minimum 2 years’ experience leading integrations through live system cutovers * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years’ work experience) * Willingness to travel 0-75% Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life insurance * long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays and time off
