- Develop and implement automation processes using tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Apex to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce functionality, integrations, and data integrity promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions aligned with service-oriented architecture principles and system architecture best practices.
- Maintain system health through regular performance tuning, system design improvements, and system troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Support software implementation projects by assisting with deployment strategies, configuration management, and testing activities.
- Administer integrations with third-party applications such as Pegasystems or other enterprise systems via APIs (RESTful API), ensuring secure data exchange.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Salesforce administration with a strong understanding of system design, configuration management, and system architecture.
- Hands-on knowledge of automation tools within Salesforce including Process Builder, Flow, and Apex programming language.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as RAID controllers, server backup and recovery processes, virtualization (VMware, ESXi), load balancing, and network security protocols (firewall, VPN).
- Strong background in systems engineering concepts like service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices architecture, Kubernetes orchestration, and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Bash (Unix shell), Python, Shell Scripting for troubleshooting and automation tasks.
- Experience managing Active Directory environments alongside Windows Server administration for user access control and security compliance.
- Knowledge of database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL Server for data querying and reporting purposes.
- Ability to support operating systems like Windows Server and Linux while ensuring information security standards are met across all platforms.
- Familiarity with API development (RESTful API), system tuning techniques for performance optimization, load balancing strategies, DNS management, DHCP configuration, and network troubleshooting skills.
