Information Assurance Engineer

In this role, you will provide Tier 1 help desk to a client’s cloud domain. You will support engineers and end users on a variety of technical and process-oriented challenges. You’ll work directly with engineering teams on more complex and technical issues.

In performing this role, you will be required to:

• Provide Tier 1 operational support for tasks including but not limited to:
• Account onboarding and offboarding
• Shared resource access control
• Infrastructure access
• Account management
• Respond to operational help desk tickets in timely fashion.
• Resolve and close help desk tickets in an efficient and effective manner.
• Escalate and work with engineer team on complex operational issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information assurance, or a related discipline and has at least 1 or more years of experience in an information technology role. Additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
• Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc. is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of contract management and legal compliance principles is a plus.
