Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will design, build, and support custom software solutions for internal teams at DRW. You will work closely with end-users to define specs, develop Oracle APEX and PL/SQL-based apps, and optimize performance within a complex trading environment. You’ll contribute to process improvements and ensure reliable, well-documented systems across integrations. This position offers exposure to a fast-paced, tech-driven trading firm that values autonomy and pragmatic problem solving. You will shape tools used by hundreds of users and impact daily trading workflows. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with end-users to define specifications and develop software solutions * Maintain and support Oracle systems and integrations with third-party systems * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize APEX applications for performance * Participate in improving development processes and enforce coding standards * Write clear technical documentation for applications, processes, and APIs Tasks * 5+ years of application development experience * 3+ years Oracle PL/SQL * 3+ years Oracle APEX experience * Experience with data modeling * Experience with GIT version control * Scripting language experience (shell scripting, python, node, etc..)
