  • Manages IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with budget and organizational objectives.
  • Develops, communicates, and enforces IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and compliant operations.
  • Maintains secure and highly available technology systems, supporting operational uptime, business continuity, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Collaborates with internal departments and external vendors to assess technology needs, implement enhancements, and ensure alignment with organizational strategies.
  • Monitors performance metrics and service levels to identify trends, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinates response to technical incidents and participates in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
