Director, E2E Product Owner

Experteer Overview In this role you own the vision and roadmap for Coca-Cola’s End-to-End Planning product, spanning Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Materials Planning. You’ll lead architecture decisions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and Azure, driving integration and global deployment while collaborating with cross-functional teams and multiple System Integrators. You’ll translate insights into a cohesive strategy that enables autonomous planning and AI-enabled decision support, shaping a single global supply chain planning product. Compensation / Benefits * Own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the E2E Planning product across Demand, Supply, Inventory Optimization, and Materials Planning * Define high-impact user/business problems with clear, measurable success metrics * Independently decide outcomes and priorities, aligning planning SMEs to ensure cohesive experiences * Lead discovery (research, data analysis, prototyping) to translate insights into priorities and requirements * Own end-to-end architecture across SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and Azure, including data lake foundation and AI enablement * Define global deployment strategy and manage integrations with order management and adjacent systems * Oversee non-SAP planning solutions and work toward a single global product * Partner with design, engineering, and data science; manage SI/vendor relationships and escalations * Utilize AI/ML to enhance decision-support, recommendations, and analytics * Apply Product Operating Model principles to prioritize roadmap and master data governance * Monitor performance via data and stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement * Coach 1-3 Product Managers and mentor broader planning team for independent, high-impact decisions * Communicate priorities and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical senior leadership * Collaborate with sales, analytics, design, engineering, and operations on goals and measures of success Tasks * 7+ years in supply chain planning, product management, or IT delivery at global scale * Hands-on SC Planning experience with SAP IBP and S/4HANA modules (Demand, Supply, Production Planning/Scheduling, Inventory Optimization, MRP) * IBP Demand/Supply Planning Optimizer configuration and S/4HANA MM/PP minimum * Azure experience with data lake/pipeline architectures for analytics and AI/ML use cases; other planning tools preferred * Strong knowledge of SAP/IBP master data structures and governance * Experience integrating planning solutions with order management and adjacent systems * Proven ability to manage multiple SI and vendor delivery teams in a matrixed environment * Experience owning and evolving end-to-end solution architecture across multiple integrated systems * Proven track record shipping digital products with measurable business impact * Familiarity with Product Operating Model, outcome/value-based prioritization, and agile discovery/delivery * Analytical thinking with data-driven decision making; familiarity with AI-enabled decision support and experimentation frameworks * Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences; ability to balance priorities in complex environments * CPG/Bev or large-scale manufacturing experience and AI/ML in operations is a plus Key requirements * medical benefits * financial benefits * annual incentive (30%) * multinational impact * collaborative culture * growth opportunities
