Network / System Engineer III

We are seeking a Network / System Engineer III with a background in production support. This role involves triaging incidents, taking ownership to ensure service restoration, analyzing batch flows, and identifying and fixing issues to ensure proper batch completion. The position requires engagement in Level two production support tasks., * Triage incidents and take complete ownership to ensure the restoration of service.

• Analyze batch flow, identify issues, and implement fixes to ensure successful batch completion.
• Perform Level two production support tasks.
• Work with a global team in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Utilize automation skills to reduce manual activities.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of overall experience in a production support role.

Technical Skills:

• Informatica, Splunk, Autosys, and JIL script.
• Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL.
• Unix/Linux environments.
• Windows/networking basics., * ITIL or SRE certification.
• Experience working with a global team.
• Understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
• Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage a significant workload.
