Program Integration Manager, Global National Security Programs

The AWS Global Government Delivery Organization (GGDO) is seeking a driven and experienced Program Execution Manager to help lead mission-critical programs in support of the U.S. Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. Based in Northern Virginia, you will join an elite team of program management and technical professionals delivering secure, scalable, and mission-driven technology solutions for our national security customers. You’ll partner directly with business leaders and government stakeholders to drive program execution, align priorities, and deliver outcomes that matter.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in cloud computing, national security mission requirements, and large-scale program management - and knows how to translate complex technical and operational challenges into clear, actionable results. You are equally at home collaborating with engineers as you are briefing senior government executives.

This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Key job responsibilities

• Serve as the Program Integration Manager for a very large National Security program.
• Work within the PMO as an project management and integration lead on several key efforts.
• Enforce work standards, assign schedules, and review work discrepancies related to key efforts.
• Develop and execute effective methods of communication and accountability among AWS, partners, and government stakeholders.

3+ years of program or project management experience

• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• 3+ years of relevant professional or military experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience with programmatic and administrative tasks and functions
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of government contracting laws, rules and regulations including, but not limited to, commercial items contracting requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)
• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
• Experience developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
• Possess the ability to interact directly with government customers of varying levels of seniority
