Job description
We are seeking highly skilled IT Staff Augmentation Consultants to provide professional and technical information technology services in support of enterprise and municipal operations. This contract opportunity is designed to supplement internal IT teams with experienced professionals across software development, systems administration, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, data management, business analysis, and project delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient technology solutions while supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives. As an IT Staff Augmentation Consultant, you will provide specialized technical expertise to support enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, cybersecurity initiatives, database systems, and digital modernization projects. You will work alongside government stakeholders to design, implement, maintain, and enhance technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and public service delivery., Provide professional IT consulting and technical staff augmentation services. Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and software solutions. Support cloud infrastructure, system administration, and network operations. Perform database administration, data integration, and reporting activities. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide end-user support. Participate in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather technical requirements. Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and system architecture diagrams. Support software testing, deployment, upgrades, and system enhancements. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Information Technology. Experience in one or more areas: software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, systems administration, database management, or enterprise applications. Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, SQL databases, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure. Experience working in government, municipal, or public sector environments is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Technical Skills: Software Development Cloud Computing (Azure/AWS) Systems Administration
