Job description

Senior Enterprise Schedule AnalystAre you an experienced scheduling professional who thrives on driving enterprise-wide planning, coordination, and mission execution? Mission Intelligence Group is seeking a Senior Enterprise Schedule Analyst to lead the development, integration, and analysis of complex enterprise schedules supporting critical GEOINT and national security missions. In this role, you will collaborate with senior leaders, program managers, systems engineers, and mission partners to ensure schedule visibility, risk awareness, and successful capability delivery across the enterprise.Your RoleAs a Senior Enterprise Schedule Analyst, you will provide leadership in developing and maintaining integrated enterprise schedules that align strategic objectives with program and project execution. You will oversee schedule analysis activities, conduct critical path and risk assessments, communicate schedule status to leadership, and drive collaboration across NGA, mission partners, and cross-functional teams to support informed decision-making and successful mission outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and maintain automated enterprise schedules using government-approved scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project/Project Server.Lead the integration of schedule data across NGA organizations, programs, projects, segments, and mission partners.Create and refine enterprise scheduling processes, procedures, and best practices.Collect, review, and analyze schedule data to maintain accurate and actionable integrated schedules.Conduct critical path analysis, dependency tracking, and “what-if” scenario assessments.Identify schedule risks, evaluate impacts, and develop mitigation strategies.Prepare and present schedule reports, Gantt charts, dashboards, and visualizations for leadership reviews.Lead NGA/NSG schedule review activities and communicate schedule performance, risks, and areas of concern.Coordinate with programs and stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy

linkage integrity, and appropriate levels of detail.Collaborate with mission partners to identify and manage critical schedule dependencies.Align strategic guidance, enterprise milestones, and program-level activities to support mission objectives.Establish and maintain enterprise schedule baselines and technical roadmaps.Support enterprise capability releases through close coordination with Enterprise Release Management teams.Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior and mid-level schedule analysts.Required QualificationsMicrosoft Project (MS Project) experienceOne of the following:Master’s degree and 4+ years of related experienceBachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experienceAssociate’s degree and 8+ years of related experience8+ years of experience in a related field in lieu of a degreeDemonstrated experience developing and maintaining complex integrated schedulesExperience conducting:Critical path analysisDependency analysisSchedule risk assessments”What-if” scenario planningStrong presentation and communication skills with the ability to brief senior leadershipExperience coordinating across multiple programs, projects, and stakeholder organizationsAbility to provide senior-level guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycleProven leadership experience overseeing tasks, resolving issues, and guiding team membersDesired QualificationsNGA experienceExperience supporting GEOINT, intelligence, defense, or national security programsKnowledge of enterprise release management processesExperience creating executive-level schedule reports, dashboards, and visualization productsAbility to develop and implement complex scheduling processes and methodologiesExperience leading cross-functional teams in highly collaborative environmentsRecognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in scheduling, planning, or program integration disciplinesExperience evaluating and recommending process improvements, technologies, and risk mitigation
