C# / Blazor Software Developer (Hybrid - Asheville / Greenville - Local Candidates Only)

• Design and maintain Blazor-based dashboards using Telerik UI

components and Syncfusion Pivot Grids, including advanced filtering, sorting,

and responsive layout optimization

• Develop reusable components and manage complex dataset bindings

using Entity Framework and SQL Server

• Expand, monitor, and optimize high-volume data collection and automation

systems using platforms like BrightData and Oxylabs

• Write efficient SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to support real-time

data pipelines

• Build and maintain internal tools including Windows services, console apps, and

utility web apps

• Automate FTP processes and integrate with Excel and other client data formats
• Work with containerized agents (Docker) to improve system performance and

scalability

• Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and collaborate with the team

We’re looking for a Software Developer with strong skills in C# and SQL to join our

engineering team. Blazor experience is a plus.

This is a hands-on role where you will help build and maintain dashboards, internal

tools, data pipelines, and automation systems that run at scale.

We are open to hiring someone with limited real-world experience (including recent

grads or early-career developers) as long as you are highly motivated, dependable, and

eager to learn fast. The right person will be proactive, sharp, and able to take ownership

of work with guidance from senior developers. You must have strong skills in C# and

SQL., * Strong foundation in C# and SQL Server

• Familiarity with component libraries such as Telerik (or strong ability to ramp up

quickly)

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently, ask good questions, and follow through on tasks
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

-Experience building UIs in Blazor (professional, academic, or personal projects

are acceptable)

-Experience implementing or working with a Syncfusion Pivot Grid

-Experience with Docker or containerized applications

-Familiarity with web scraping / automation systems (HTML parsing, rate limiting,

etc.)

-Experience with Python, Java, or VBA

-Understanding of distributed systems or performance optimization
