Job description
Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is providing all systems administration and engineering skill sets for the US Army’s global email systems for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) at Tinker Air Force Base. This is a high visibility program with over 2 million supported end users. We are currently interviewing for a MIM Administrator to support this initiative in a 24/7 shift work environment.
This role operates Mon-Fri on the swing shift (4PM-12A), with telework permitted 2-3 days per week. Alternative shifts may be available in the future based on team availability.
Essential Functions:

Provide Microsoft Windows Server operating system support.

Monitor server performance and availability.
-
Ensure Windows server availability compliance to Service Level Agreements.
-
Address operational systems issues including file and share permissions, user accounts and installing applications.
-
Promote and maintain server patch management practices.
- Monitor server load and implement load balancing where appropriate.

Support and maintain SharePoint
-
Support and maintain Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS).
-
Knowledge and support of Exchange functions.
-
Knowledge and support of identity lifecycle processes.
-
Upgrade and replace server hardware where appropriate.
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting to support mission requirements.
Requirements
-
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Server and related technologies including SCCM, Exchange, Active Directory, MIM, and SQL 2008 R2.

Understanding of Change Management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure.
- Knowledge of server applications installations and management.

Comfortability troubleshooting within SQL and Azure
-
An understanding of patch management software.
-
Familiarity with Backup software and strategies.
-
Familiarity with identity lifecycle management systems, such as MIM or Active Directory.

Knowledge and understanding of web servers, public key infrastructure, databases, and file shares.
-
Experience with PowerShell or other related scripting languages.
- Ability to learn independently and adapt to changing situations

3+ yrs. experience in Server Administration, Systems Support, Maintaining Windows Applications, or related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.

Excellent customer service skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related IT degree preferred, but not required.
- An active secret clearance (or higher)
- Security+ certification (or higher)
