Job description

  • Coordinate design phases for residential development and renovation projects from concept through construction
  • Work closely with architects, consultants, and internal teams to track design progress and deliverables
  • Review drawings and design packages for completeness and compliance with project requirements
  • Assist in managing project timelines and design schedules across multiple active projects
  • Support permit submittals and track approval processes with local jurisdictions
  • Coordinate design revisions and ensure accurate documentation is maintained
  • Monitor project milestones and report progress to senior leadership
  • Help identify potential risks or delays and propose practical solutions
  • Maintain organized project documentation and records
  • Support value engineering and cost-conscious design decisions
  • Collaborate with construction and operations teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution

Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intermediate Project Manager - Architecture to support the planning and execution of design-related activities across multiple development and renovation projects. This role will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects move forward efficiently and meet Tripalink’s quality standards., * 2-5 years of experience in design coordination, construction project management, or real estate development

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred
  • Experience working on multifamily or residential projects preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and design documentation
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with permitting processes is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus
