Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python, React, Next.js, and Nest.js to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers. You’ll have the opportunity to work across the full stack-from developing backend APIs to building intuitive, high-performance front-end interfaces., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (e.g., FastAPI, Django, or Flask) and Node.js frameworks (Next.js, Nest.js).

  • Build responsive, modular, and maintainable front-end applications using React.
  • Architect, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs for client-server communication.
  • Work with Relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and design efficient data models.
  • Thoroughly test and validate all code before handing off to QA to ensure stability and minimize defects.
  • Leverage AI development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar) to improve productivity and code quality.
  • Write clean, testable, and reusable code with proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features from concept to production.
  • Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional full stack development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
  • Strong front-end skills with React and modern front-end development tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite, etc.).
  • Solid understanding and working experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js frameworks including Next.js and Nest.js.
  • Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM libraries.
  • Familiarity with API design best practices, authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT), and security principles.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
  • Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Pytest, Cypress).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under contract timelines.
  • Knowledge of microservices or serverless architecture
