We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pega Application Support Engineer to join our team in Mt Laurel, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega application support and cloud technologies, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment., * Pega application support experience including PDC - 2 years of heavy functional or technical support or Pega certifications

• Cloud Technologies & Frameworks - 2 years of technical support or Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google)
• Experience with Datadog, Splunk, and Dynatrace - 2 years of technical support
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Proven ability to successfully deliver competing priority items and identify process improvements
• Prior work experience at client or in client’s Industry
