Software Engineer / Lead Developer - Java, Python & Agentic AI

We are seeking a highly skilled Java and Python Developer with hands-on experience in Chat bot, Agentic AI systems, LLM orchestration, and AI-powered application development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool usage, memory management, and autonomous task execution., You will work closely with architects, product owners, and data scientists to build next-generation AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and enterprise-grade backend systems., * Design and develop scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Python.

• Build and deploy ChatBot, Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as:
• LangChain

• Develop AI agents with capabilities including:
• Planning and reasoning
• Multi-agent collaboration

• Claude
• Gemini
• Open Source LLMs (Llama, Mistral)
• Design and implement REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot and Python frameworks.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
• Develop AI workflows using prompt engineering and agent orchestration patterns.
• Integrate enterprise data sources, APIs, databases, and third-party systems into AI applications.
• Optimize AI agent performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
