Salesforce Data Cloud Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly Customer Data Platform/CDP), Data 360, and Data One architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing customer data platforms, data unification strategies, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and integrating enterprise data sources across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to build scalable, data-driven customer engagement solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities., * Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to support customer 360 initiatives.

• Configure and manage Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Calculated Insights, Segments, and Activations.
• Lead customer identity resolution and profile unification using Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Develop and optimize integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud, CRM, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and external data sources.
• Leverage Data 360 capabilities to create unified customer profiles and actionable business insights.
• Work with Data One architecture and related Salesforce data strategies to drive enterprise-wide data consistency and governance.
• Build audience segmentation and real-time personalization use cases.
• Develop data pipelines, data mappings, and transformation logic.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize Data Cloud implementations.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Audience Segmentation
• Data Activation
• Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with:
• Sales Cloud

• MuleSoft
• External Data Warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of APIs, ETL processes, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proficiency with SQL and data analytics concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Einstein AI, and Generative AI capabilities.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Data platforms.
• Knowledge of customer journey orchestration and personalization strategies
