Job description

About the role: The Analytics Engineer will join the Business Intelligence team and help drive the organization’s data and analytics capabilities. This role focuses on building and maintaining data infrastructure, supporting reporting and business intelligence initiatives, and developing scalable data solutions that enable better business decisions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working with data, solving complex problems, and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders., * Develop predictive models supporting forecasting, planning, and performance analysis

  • Build financial models, analytical datasets, and reporting solutions
  • Analyze complex data using SQL and cloud-based data platforms
  • Design and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting
  • Support ETL processes, automation, and data pipeline improvements
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver scalable analytics solutions
  • Present actionable financial and operational insights to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Financial Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering
  • Strong SQL experience and data analysis skills
  • Experience with AWS Redshift or similar cloud data platforms
  • Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting, and financial modeling * Python, R, or similar programming experience preferred * Power BI, DAX, Microsoft Fabric, APIs, or Salesforce experience is a plus

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
