• Analyzes, designs, develops, modifies, writes, edits, and implements software programming applications.

• Analyzes and defines software requirements to determine specifications and standards.

• Proposes software solutions.

• Determines the cost of new and modified systems and engages in the proposal process.

• Develops, designs, and edits original applications, or modifies third-party applications., + Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 or more years of experience

• Performs work with a high degree of latitude. Handles the most complex issues. Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter.
