Senior Scrum Master - Permanent

• Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration across the tribe
• Support squads and stakeholders in achieving their delivery goals
• Reinforce Scrum and Agile practices
• Help teams self-organize and continuously improve
• Coordinate with Tribe Leads, Product Owners and Delivery Managers
• Support the end-to-end delivery process, from ideation to deployment
• Identify and resolve inter-tribe dependencies and conflicts
• Monitor delivery progress using Jira, Confluence and Agile reporting tools
• Promote Agile practices across the organization and contribute to the Scrum Master community

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Languages: Fluent English + active French or Dutch, with passive knowledge of the other Certification: Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM or equivalent)

You will act as the central facilitator between Business and IT, ensuring smooth coordination across squads, stakeholders and external partners while promoting Agile practices and continuous improvement., * 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile delivery role

• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile reporting tools
• Proven experience with end-to-end delivery workflows
• Good knowledge of Change and Release Management
• Proven experience in the financial services sector
• Experience working in highly regulated environments with GDPR, security and banking regulations
• Experience in project delivery or product ownership within financial services is a plus
• Excellent communication, facilitation and conflict-management skills
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and stakeholder interests
• Strong leadership and influencing skills with a genuine Agile mindset
