Bachelor’s degree or higher (University/FH) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in software development Proven experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in C#/.NET and Git Ability to mentor and support developers, provide technical guidance, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and DevOps tools; Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented team player with excellent German and English communication skills and a hands-on mindset
