Solution Architect - Azure / .NET

As a Solution Architect, you design and deliver scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions for enterprise environments. You bridge business needs and technical execution, guiding teams toward robust architecture and modern engineering practices., * Design end-to-end architectures using Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Define cloud architecture patterns, governance, and security best practices
• Lead modernization initiatives (cloud migration, microservices, containerization)
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and DevOps teams
• Ensure performance, resilience, and cost efficiency of cloud solutions
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code strategies
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture governance

Cloud & DevOps

• Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, AKS, Storage, Networking)
• Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform)
• CI/CD with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Development & Architecture

• .NET / .NET Core
• ASP.NET Core Web APIs & microservices
• Event-driven architectures & messaging (Service Bus, Event Grid)
• API management & integration patterns
• Domain-driven design & clean architecture principles

Security & Governance

• Identity & access management (Azure AD / Entra ID)
• Cloud security & compliance best practices
• Monitoring & observability (Application Insights, Log Analytics)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field
• 5+ years in software development and architecture roles
• Proven experience designing cloud-native solutions in Azure
• Strong knowledge of .NET ecosystem and modern architectural patterns
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Fluent in Dutch or French and English
