Your Qualifications * Extensive Software Engineering Experience: Several years of hands-on and architectural experience in software engineering (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JS/TS, or similar). * Applied AI Depth: Proven, independent experience applying AI services in production (e.g., LLMs, NLP APIs, cognitive services), not just experimenting. * Cloud Platform Ownership: Confident designing and deploying AI-driven features on AWS, GCP, or Azure at production scale. * Data & API Architecture: Strong understanding of data processing, APIs, and databases (SQL & NoSQL), with the ability to make architectural decisions independently. * Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to guide, coach, and develop other engineers, and to take responsibility for a team’s delivery and satisfaction. * Customer-Facing Confidence: Comfortable representing SQUER independently to customers with a high degree of professionalism. * Languages: Fluency in German and English.
