What You´ll Do

• Providing support to users both online and offline for corporate hardware and software issues

• Performing initial diagnostics when hardware or software problems occur.

• Restoring devices and systems toworkingorder, except for complex or major repairs.

• Setting up new computers (laptops and desktops) for users, whether on Windows,macOSand Linux.

• Installing and connecting office equipment like printers and scanners to the office computer networks.

• Checking,in some cases, configuring network equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Handling the transfer of faulty equipment for repairs and confirmingit’sback in working condition afterward.

• Assistingwith the purchase of necessary equipment by helping to define requirements andacceptingdeliveries.

• Managing user accounts within our information systems.

• Setting up user access permissions for the company’s IT resources.

• Keeping an eye on equipment performance, network operation, and user activity to ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Degree in information technology or similar

• 3+ years of experience in a technical rolerequiredwith a wide range of responsibilities.

• ProficiencyinWindowsand its installation and administration.

• Configuration and use of virtualization of computing resources.

• Experience in configuring and supporting engineering software (CAD, PLM, CFD, etc.)

• Knowledge and management of Microsoft365 &Active directory (users, groups, etc.)

• Setting up network equipment includingswitches,firewalls.

• Organization of work with remote users (remote work and support tools, communication).

• Fluency in English.
