Job description
As a BI Consultant (Citizen Developer), you will develop and maintain reports, dashboards and selected workflow automations for NRF’s global Pricing and Category Management teams.
Your main tools will be Power BI, Power Query, Excel and Power Automate. You will translate approved business requirements into practical and reliable solutions, while working closely with international business users and NRF’s central BI and ICT teams.

Prepare and combine approved business data using Power Query and Excel.
Create clear reporting views for sales, volume, margin, prices, products, customers and category performance.
Apply agreed calculations and check that outputs match approved business requirements and source information.
Build selected Power Automate workflows for activities such as data collection, validation, notifications and status tracking.
Support straightforward Power Apps, Dataverse and AI-assisted workflow use cases within agreed NRF governance.
Functionally test and document the solutions you develop and provide a practical handover to users.
Resolve normal report-level issues, fix defects and make agreed minor changes.
Identify opportunities to simplify recurring reporting activities or reduce manual work.
Escalate requirements involving new data connections, central models, access, security, integrations or technical platforms to central BI or ICT.
Requirements
A relevant university degree in a quantitative, business analytics or information systems field.
Practical experience with Power BI, including data relationships, commonly used DAX calculations, filters and report navigation.
Practical Power Query, Excel and Power Automate experience.
Relevant experience in Pricing, Category Management, Product Management or commercial analytics.
Ability to translate approved requirements into clear reports or workflows and validate outputs against agreed logic.
Fluent English and the ability to cooperate with technical and non-technical colleagues in an international environment.
A structured and collaborative working style, with the ability to handle standard reporting assignments independently.
What would be an advantage?
Basic SQL knowledge.
Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint, Copilot Studio or AI-assisted workflows.
Knowledge of VBA or Python.
Automotive aftermarket experience.
