AI Back-End Engineer

No silos. No hero culture. Just strong engineers solving hard problems together., We are looking for an AI Back-End Engineer to help design and build scalable APIs and microservices that power AI-enabled healthcare applications.

You will be hands-on across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and development through testing, deployment, and operational support.

• Proven experience delivering production-grade software systems
• Hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications and working with Large Language Models from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Grok
• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or PydanticAI
• Production experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DocumentDB
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of API security, including OAuth and JWT
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles
• Commitment to writing clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code
