Job description
The System Administrator - CLM will play a critical role in managing, customizing, and optimizing Icertis contract management and CRM technologies. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that the Icertis platform operate efficiently and securely to support QTSās business needs. Responsibilities include utilizing workflow automation and custom integrations to develop tailored solutions that address specific business requests and requirements. The position requires the ability to transform the existing contract management environments into robust business platforms as additional functionality is deployed.
RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.
- Manage and maintain Icertis configurations and security roles
- Collaborate with Product and Business Analyst teams on backlog refinement and solutions
- Customize and optimize Icertis contract management and CRM technologies to meet business needs
- Utilize workflow automation and custom integrations to develop tailored solutions for specific business requirements
- Ensure the efficient and secure operation of the Icertis platform in alignment with QTSās objectives
- Transform contract management environments into robust business platforms as new functionality is deployed
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in computer science or other related field; specialized training, or equivalent professional experience
- Three or more years of direct administration experience in a CLM solution, preferably Icertis
- Knowledge of CLM best practices and ongoing knowledge of latest features

- Agile knowledge
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization.
- Use organizational skills to determine prioritization and appropriate multitasking.
- Proven experience in SharePoint and OneDrive administration
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 services and integration capabilities
- Perform necessary and timely follow-up, escalating appropriately if necessary.
- Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise documentation and communications.
- Strong analytical capabilities coupled with business acumen needed to proactively solve problems facing the organization.
- Ability to work independently, with supervision, on projects of varying complexity
- Actively invests in growing yourself and others to build the talent and capabilities required for sustained success.
