Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team and help shape the development of business-critical applications. This is an opportunity to work in a modern, agile environment where developers take ownership of the entire software lifecycle-from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

You will be part of the Contracts Team, a group of approximately 35 professionals, including Business Analysts, QA Specialists, Developers, and external partners, working across several agile product teams.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Take ownership of the complete development lifecycle, from analysis and design through deployment and support
• Develop and maintain frontend, backend, and database components
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
• Ensure software quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices
• Communicate proactively with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve solutions
• Contribute to the evolution of team processes, standards, and ways of working, * Understand the needs of end users and focus on delivering practical business value
• Proactively engage with stakeholders rather than waiting for direction

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong expertise in C# and modern .NET technologies
• Strong expertise in Angular (version 20+ preferred)
• Solid experience working with Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and experience with Kubernetes and Azure DevOps
• Experience working within Agile development environments
• Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting directly with business users
• Fluent German language skills at a professional level (native-level proficiency preferred), * Highly specialized developers who prefer to work exclusively within a narrow technical domain

• Developers who simply implement requirements without understanding or challenging the underlying business problem

• Full-time preferred (minimum 35 hours per week)
• Remote-first working model within Germany
• Regular in-person collaboration sessions in Hamburg approximately every 6-8 weeks, occasionally lasting multiple days
• 100% remote work is not available for this position
• Candidates must be willing to travel to Hamburg as required.
